$99 is due monthly and it your choice to use immediately toward goods or services, or to bank for future use. A one-time enrollment fee of $200 will be taken when you sign up. This fee is non-refundable. The total cost of the first month is $299, and $99 every month thereafter.

The initial membership is for a 12 month minimum term. The membership renews automatically annually unless a notice is provided. After the initial 12-month minimum term, the membership becomes a month-to-month term. We understand that life happens, so, if you move more than 50 miles from Swoon, you may cancel your membership, but, you have to provide proof of your move (utility bill with your new address). If you voluntarily terminate your membership prior to your initial 12 months (without a move), you are subject to a $350 early termination fee.

The monthly Membership starts the day you sign up for your Membership, and renews on that date each month.

You can start to take advantage of your membership discounts the day that you sign up.

If you cannot use your monthly $99, you may bank it. Your bank will accrue to a cap of $594 (6 month total).

Membership pricing, promotions and offers are non-transferrable and are for the Member’s use only, unless otherwise noted.

Any Membership fee that is returned for insufficient funds, incorrect card number or card information is considered in arrears and due to Swoon Medical Spa. If a Membership is considered in arrears, Membership services and discounts will not be available for use until balance is paid up to and including the current month due and any possible bank fees or early termination fees.

If a Membership is past due for more than 30 days, you will forfeit your membership and would be liable for the $350 early termination penalty if within 12 months. This includes, but is not limited to, invoices not paid due to changing credit/debit cards, expired cards, or changing financial institutions. To reinstate a membership, a $200 reinstatement fee must be paid. To reinstate a membership when canceled within 12 months, a $200 reinstatement fee plus the $350 early termination fee would be due.

The membership fee must be paid by a credit card and cannot be paid using a gift certificate, rewards points, or with medspa credit.

Prepayment for a Membership is available for a maximum of 1 year. Membership fee prepayment must be paid for a minimum of one full year.

Monthly Membership fees are drafted on a 30 day rolling basis and are typically withdrawn on the same calendar day each month. If you change your credit card or anything else that would affect the monthly draft, it is YOUR responsibility to notify us to update your information.
