We are so pleased you have chosen Swoon Aesthetic Spa. It is our mission to provide all our guests a tranquil environment to relax and unwind while enjoying the highest quality skincare and beauty services. To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests we ask that you please observe the following policies:

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment. This allows time to discuss your goals for your treatment, and we will fully customize your service to meet your exact needs and preferences. Be sure to inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy prior to your appointment. Certain treatments or products may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your aesthetician know of any questions or concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Cancellations for all Cosmetic Injectable Services with less than 24 hours notice or no call/no shows will be charged a $250 fee.

We understand sometimes the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment is out of your control, we will offer a one time courtesy of applying a cancellation fee toward a future scheduled treatment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after schedule appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

PREGNANCY OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS

All aspects of a treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, type of music, table temperature. Feel free to ask questions. Your practitioner will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.

CELL PHONES & ELECTRONICS

We ask that all cell phones and electronics be turned off or placed on silent when you arrive at Swoon. We want you and all of our guests to enjoy a stress free and relaxing environment.

CHILDREN

To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the Spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change and may change based on your individual needs and desired results.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept cash, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard. Credit card information will be collected to reserve your appointment time, however your card will not be charged until the time of your service. You are more than welcome to provide another form of payment on the day or your appointment.

GRATUITY

Service prices do not include gratuity, and it is not required, but always very much appreciated for exceptional service.
